What's Covered:

  • Dead on arrival (DOA) products
  • Software issues (within 7 days)

Not Covered:

  • Physical damage (drops, liquid spills, cracks)
  • Damage caused by unauthorized repairs
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Accessories (chargers, cables, cases)
  • Software issues after 7 days

Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Returns are only accepted for:

  • Products with manufacturing defects
  • Products damaged during shipping (must report within 24 hours)
  • Wrong product delivered

Important: All returns must be in original packaging with all accessories and documentation. Products must be returned within 7 days of warranty claim approval.
